Suffolk Gold
Award winning cheese made by Jason & Katherine Salisbury from their own herd of Guernsey cows
Suffolk Blue
Also made by the Salisbury’s on their farm at Creeting St Mary, a smaller sized cheese with blue veining that varies throughout the year
Suffolk Brie
A newer addition from the same dairy. Firmer than average, but with a wonderful gold curd.
Hawkston
This is made at Rodwell Farm at Baylham, near Needham Market by Robin & Sue Richards. Loosely based on ‘crumbly terratorials’, it has a nice bright colour and a relatively mild flavour
Shipcord
Both this and Hawkston are named after meadows on the farm. Matured longer for a stronger flavour. Straw coloured with a close texture

Binham Blue
Made by Mrs Temple at Wighton, near Well next the Sea.
A semi soft, blue veined cheese with a smooth texture and a pleasant
blue tang
Wells Alpine
Also by Mrs Temple, this is a nutty cheeswe, made to a recipe similar to
Gruyere using Swiss brown cows milk
Walsingham
Made by Mrs Temple, Walsingham is a pressed cows milk cheese
- somewhat crumbly and similar to Wensleydale in texture with
an almost lemony taste
Norfolk White Lady
Delightful soft, creamy Brie like cheese, made with sheep’s milk by Jane Murray. Stocked as whole baby cheeses 200g wt.
Norfolk Dapple
Handmade by Ellie Betts at Ferndale Farmhouse. A hard, cheddar
type cheese.
